A Night Out On The Town

After a romantic honeymoon dinner, we'll experience Rome by night! We will stroll to the unforgettable Trevi Fountain, then on to the Roman Pantheon built in 27 BC to sample the most praised ice cream in Italy. Next, we will have a nightcap at the Piazza Navona, considered the most beautiful square in Rome with its 3 Bernini fountains. We can't wait!

Sorrento Food Experience - A day in a farm

The experience will start with a guided tour of the farm La Masseria, registered on the bulletin board of the Lemon of Sorrento I.G.P. producers with explanation about the farm's history, production, the traditional techniques of farming, accompanied by the tasting of products such as: typical lemonade, slice of lemon with sugar, extra virgin olive oil, lemon and orange oil on homemade bread. Continue with the illustration of the cheese factory Il Turziello, registered on the bulletin board of the Provolone del Monaco D.O.P. producers and demonstration of Treccia and Caciottine being worked in the moment and their tasting even with Salami and the famous Provolone del Monaco D.O.P. everything accompanied with a delicious glass of La Masseria wine. At the end we'll proceed with the Pizza tour at "Da Francesco" restaurant located in the historical centre of Schiazzano with explanation on the production's cycle of the typical Neapolitan Pizza and participation of the visitors to prepare it. Moreover homemade desserts and eventually coffee. After lunch return to La Masseria for Limoncello tasting with an explanation and demonstration of its family recipe.

While in Rome we will revisit the University of Richmond in Rome where we took classes. We also plan on seeing some of our favorite sites and eating at some of our favorite restaurants again.

Cooking Course with Dinner

Our assistant takes you on a picturesque walk to the corner of the historical centre. This is a tour with a difference, combining food, art and culture. In an equipped kitchen of a typical Florentine home, guided by a skilled Chef (English speaking) you will be taught how to prepare a full typical Tuscan menu and learn which wines compliment the food during this two hour and half cooking class. The course is followed by dinner where the dishes that have been prepared by you will be served accompanied by wines that compliment the menu.
